I don't know if there is a thing called a "tick bird" or not, but the bird that rides
on a rhino, and eats parasites off of it's hide,
is a part of a symbiotic relationship for sure:
The bird gets food.
The rhino loses annoying parasites.
Both animals are in symbiosis. (mutually benefiting)
The bird eats the ticks off the rhino's back and warns the rhino of any danger (mutualism). The bird also eats the blood from sores on the rhino's skin and it prevents them from healing (parasitism).

The bird often seen sitting on the back of a rhinoceros is a oxpecker bird. They have a symbiotic relationship where the bird feeds on insects from the rhino's skin and acts as an early warning system for potential danger.
