I have a seen a cruelty which is done to a 3 days old dobber man puppies. As its tale cutting is illegal i saw a dog selling person cuts the tale and he has put a switch on it. Doctors are not doing this now so he himself is doing.

There are a lot of people doing like this. This we can stop once these people caught in this type of crime and punished.

Menaka Gandhi prevents cruelty towards animals, but what about the people who suffers becoz of the animals, I'm from Srinagar, today morning i got the newspaper (Greater Kashmir) i was shocked when i read the news about the menaka Gandhi and a 3 years old baby, menaka is preventing the dogs in Srinagar but what about the 3 years old Dua Meraj, who was attacked by the dogs in the Haba Kadal area, who is responsible for Dua Meraj attack, is dogs are responsible or the person one who are defending the rights of the animals. So many cases happens in the area of Kashmir where dogs attacks the number of people mostly kids. Can Menaka Gandhi tell us who will defend the rights of those people who was attacked, is there anyone who can save the people of Kashmir
