I have seen some sites that say blue eyes are not accepted and others that do not mention blue eyes as a fault. Two different color eyes are also in question...they are a disqualification. Most think the Blue Eyes indicate a mix...especially in a Merle Coat. I have a dog I found by the pound that looks just like an APBT of the Bluenose color. His eyes were very blue when young. Now they have a hint of green but can be mistaken for blue. Otherwise he meets the "conformation" guidelines for an APBT. I don't really care that I can not "register" him so it really doesn't matter to me as far as that goes. I might do a Wisdom DNA test to find out the ancestory/breed history of Diesel just out of "the need to know".
Pit Bulls can have many different eye colors. I have two and their eyes are brown and a light carmel color. I have seen blue , yellow and greenish also.

The American_Kennel_Clubdescribes the Husky's eyes as "an almond shape, moderately spaced and set slightly obliquely." The eyes of a Siberian Husky are ice-blue, dark blue, amber, or brown. In some individual dogs, one eye may be brown and the other blue (complete Heterochromia), or one or both eyes may be "parti-colored," that is, half brown and half blue (partial heterochromia). All of these eye color combinations are considered acceptable by the American Kennel Club.
