Most animal rights activists place their generalized focus and awareness on the issue of animal rights. Animal rights activists do empathize with the negativity that comes along in the human rights movement, along with situations that humankind faces.
Animal rights activists, however, feel that the consideration of a right to life needs to be extended to animals, and the animal rights activist will most always stand up for the animal before the human because the animal itself, has no voice on it's own behalf in the human world, as compared to the human having it's own voice and authority.
yes it can be improved because people who know that they are going to abuse there animals should not have them at all
You can ask: Why do you abuse your animal? Are you trying to make him tough? Strong? Obey you? Have you ever thought you animal might hate you for this? Do you abuse him for small reasons or no reasons? How often do you do this?

Yes, because animal abuse is a crime. First you get a citation, and then you might go to jail.
As in abuse themeselves?
probably never..thats the cold hard truth It will not end. But unless you can help spread the word. The day might come.. that animal abuse......is no more.
Different ways to abuse your animals is to kick them and hurt them give them to the pound where they might get even more than you could hurt them.
Well, I have a strong opinion for this. Because I am a dog LOVER! Well some people who are abusive well.... sometimes if they were abused by their parents, uncles, anybody they might do this to the animal. Like if your angry you might take it out of your friend or something. That's what it is like for them. Sometimes people do it for the joy or they are on drugs. Its sad but true. You know, back then people could abuse dogs in front of the police and nothing would happen. Now people don't abuse dogs as much or they will pay a fine AND go to jail. The police and the president are working on this Abusing. Which is excellent!

It might depend on the jurisdiction, but it probably falls under animal abuse in most locations.
Animal abuse can be anything that treats an animal in a way that is cruel, inflicting suffering unnecessarily on the animal. When a person chooses to abuse, neglect, or breed a domestic animal, the consequences are delayed but still effect our economy. For instance, a person that is prosecuted for animal cruelty costs money in the form of court costs, officer time, officer follow-up, even jail time, which is an obvious burden on taxpayers. People that choose to breed their dogs create an economic burden by contributing to the pet population, the dogs that are sold or given away are homes taken from dogs that will wind up in the city shelter. City shelters cost the taxpayers money.
A priority is being sure the animal in question is being abused and the owner is violating local laws. What some would call abuse it might not be abuse by definition of your local laws on abused animals. Check the animal at different times of the day. If you see a lack of sufficient water, food, and proper shelter of the animal, it might just be ignorance on the owner's part. Your local police station or animal shelter are better experienced to assess the situation and take the appropriate action. If you see out right abuse like beating, kicking, choking or any other violent action against the animal try to document the abuse (video tape or take a picture) and contact your local police station or animal shelter right away. Ring or somehow tell the local authorities responsible for animal protection, such as the RSPCA or SPCA, depending one where one resides.
