I think the Neanderthals invented "Grooved Ware Pottery" which was found in association with Amud 1 and also at Skara Brae in association with Red Ochre Paint also used by Neanderthal in Burial ceremonies and the evidence is clear that they achieved Neolithic civilization.

No, Neanderthals did not invent pottery. The creation of pottery is attributed to modern humans, who began crafting ceramic vessels around 20,000 years ago. Neanderthals, a different human species that coexisted with modern humans, did not engage in pottery-making.

Were Neanderthal and neanderthals' world the same documentary?

It is incorrect to refer to Neanderthals as "Neanderthals' world." Neanderthals were a species of ancient humans that existed in the Paleolithic era, while "Neanderthal" is often used to describe the species as a whole. "Neanderthal" and "Neanderthals' world" would not typically be used interchangeably in a documentary about them.
