Absolutely. Among all the current powers of the world China is leading in this philosophy. Within China there are several different ethnic cultures besides Han and the CCP is heavily involved in representing each of these cultures while the Han Chinese are typically accepting of each of them and are interested in the differences between them.
Outside of China there has not been much inequality in these respects. The strongest negative sentiments fall on African Americans but are usually based on their negative media portrayals within the society or on personal experiences that may actually be the result of African American discrimination of Asian Americans.
But there are also many instances and events considered racist, sexist, or otherwise by different countries when citing China, but most if not all of these are misunderstandings or slander. There is a great belief that Chinese favor male children to female, are incredibly racist and intolerant of any belief not approved by the CCP. None of this is true. China is one of the most prolific nations in gender equality with various longstanding matriarchal cultures still in existence today. There is also a large population of Christians and Jews mixed into existing Buddhist and Muslim cultures. Lastly with all the different national races and the influx of foreigners looking to immerse themselves in Chinese culture, China has shown one of the best examples of egalitarian societies in the modern world.
Another thing to look at is that Han Chinese is more about egalitarian philosophy than anything else. Within this supposed race there are Cantonese, Fukinese, Shanghainese, and Beijinese plus many others. None of these cultures are similar and none of their languages are mutually intelligible but they are still considered Han Chinese. This shows the encompassing belief that these are not only equal in society, they are the same even with their differences.
In short, China is the epitome of egalitarian society.
Hunter-gatherer societies were typically nomadic, relying on hunting, fishing, and gathering for food. They had simple social structures, with small, egalitarian groups. They often had intimate knowledge of their environment and practiced sustainable resource management.
The Aztec civilization was a group of ethnic people who dominated the meso-american landscape from the 14th to 16th centuries. The Aztecs were not egalitarian (supporting universal rights for all people) as they had a class structure that included nobles, peasants, traveling merchants and slaves. You could become a slave in Aztec culture either through being captured in a war, having unpaid debts, or as a criminal punishment. Slaves could buy their liberty and were sometimes freed upon the death of their master.
Hunter-gatherer societies rely on foraging for food rather than agriculture. They often live in small, nomadic groups and have a deep connection to their environment. They typically have relatively egalitarian social structures and a division of labor based on gender.
Farmers in China engage in agriculture, cultivating crops and raising livestock to sustain their communities. Hunter-gatherers, on the other hand, rely on hunting and gathering wild plants for food and resources. Historically, China transitioned from a society of hunter-gatherers to farmers around 10,000 years ago.
The four characteristics of hunter-gatherer societies are small in scale, nomadic or semi-nomadic lifestyle, egalitarian social structure, and a reliance on natural resources for sustenance.

In an egalitarian society, there is a belief in equal rights, opportunities, and treatment for all individuals, regardless of social status. In contrast, a hierarchical society has a clear ranking of individuals based on factors such as wealth, power, or social class, leading to unequal distribution of resources and influence.
The word "egalitarian" is related to the word "equality". A highly egalitarian society is one in which people are regarded as being fundamentally equal and having equal rights to representation, education, employment, etc. The term "egalitarian society" implies that this state of affairs arises from the attitudes of the people and is not imposed externally upon them by statute. For example, despite the existence of federal laws making blacks and whites legally equal, the American South in, say, 1880 was NOT an egalitarian society.
Davis and Moore argue that an egalitarian society is unlikely because some form of social stratification is necessary to ensure that society's most important jobs are filled by qualified individuals. They believe that this stratification is necessary for the efficient functioning of society.
A balanced society is often referred to as an egalitarian society, where there is equal opportunity, rights, and treatment for all members regardless of differences such as gender, race, or social status.
Egalitarian values promote equality and fairness among all individuals, regardless of their background or characteristics. This can be translated into practices such as advocating for equal rights, opportunities, and treatment for everyone in society, and opposing discrimination and privilege based on factors like race, gender, or social status. Ultimately, embracing egalitarian values means striving for a more just and inclusive society where everyone has the chance to thrive.
Theorists such as W.E.B. Du Bois, Frantz Fanon, and bell hooks are often associated with the struggle for a racially egalitarian society. They have written extensively on race, racism, and the importance of social, economic, and political equality for all individuals regardless of their race.
Proletarian Society of China was created in 2002.
Kerala seems to be the most egalitarian state in India, but as long as there is room for inequality in a civilization, it will happen.
We don't know much about Stone Age society. It is possible that they had not evolved fixed social classes. The strongest warrior or best hunter would take charge, which is a very egalitarian way to organize your social unit.
