Not that I have ever heard. "Anthro" is from the greek word for a human being, and "person" is from the Latin "persona". However, just because nobody has ever used it before, it doesn't mean you cannot use it. New words which are intended to pass into common use are called "coinings" and new words which are intended to be used only once are called "nonce words". If you think the world needs this word, go ahead and use it, but you had better be sure that your reader is told what you mean by it.
