What did caveman do to entertain themselves?

they didn't have much spare time but procreation was probably up there.They also must have made some clothing most likely just a fur wrapped around them.However if you have ever dealt with leather hides you will know it takes a lot of time to make one soft.

One of the hallmarks of society is that people have time to have fun and create things/games for fun. The people who lived thousands of years ago didn't have time for games. They had to seek food and shelter everyday for every hour. It was survival at all times. Life was very basic.
