Homo habilis is estimated to have had a life expectancy of around 50 years, based on studies of their dental wear patterns and growth rates. This lifespan is comparable to other early humans of the time.

We really don't know because we do not have enough skeletons for a distribution to see the mean life span of this organism. Since life was rather devoid of the nutrition, medical care and protection of all sorts one would think that 25 to 30 years would have been a good average life span of this organism.
