It can be called Cryptozoology, Demonology (cuz angels exist, demon = fallen angel), or Anthropology of Supernatural beings. Cryptozoology is the study of fabolous creatures. There are many great schools out there, but I would look for a school that has a human remains facility. I went to Western Carolina University, and we had one there.
