There is no definitive answer to the color of Neanderthals' skin, hair, or eyes since they lived thousands of years ago. The difference in skin color between the palms and the rest of the body in some individuals, including Africans, is due to a lower concentration of melanin in the palms compared to the rest of the skin. Melanin is the pigment responsible for skin color, and variations in its distribution across the body can result in differences in color.
