People are always changing. Things that are considered abnormal can change to normal. Or reverse that. Gestures and things people do for fun change, like fashion how something can be 'in' or 'out.' Culture is always changing like humans. It changes with our behavior.

Cultures change due to various factors such as globalization, technological advancements, migration, and social developments. As societies interact with one another, ideas, beliefs, and practices can be exchanged, leading to cultural evolution over time. Additionally, internal factors like generational shifts and changes in values can also contribute to cultural change.
