Much like every beetle since 1949... There were several body changes over the many years it was produced. The bumpers were straight, one piece affairs, and the hood and trunk lids were shorter. Also, the tail lights were much much larger than early 60's vehicles. The windshield had a curve to it, as opposed to the flat glass of earlier models.
