Short answer is no. The '64 was one year only, came to a point at the grill that was integrated into the shape of the hood. '65 hood will fit '66 and '67.

There may be a small amount of structural difference between the two. The 2 door post will have the post running to the roof while the hard top does not. The 2 door post has the window in the door framed and the hard top does not.

It's very possible they put 67 parts on yours if it was built toward the end of the run in 66 as they sometimes ran out of 66 parts and installed 67 parts on the remaining 66's to come off the assembly line.
