Archaeologists have explored on the Roanoke Colony. So far, no one knows
Well, Powhatan probably had most or all of the men killed, but the women, I should think, were probably kept as wives. John Smith reported that Powhatan told him he had ordered the Roanoke colonists killed after he heard they had sought shelter with one of the tribes he ruled. I think it more probable that this was a lie. Powhatan likely did not trust the English to leave whatever remained of the Roanoke colonists to live with the natives with whom presumably there had been marriages and children. The English would surely have felt compelled to "rescue" their fellow countrymen, ripping families apart in the process. There are reports of Native Americans in the Chesapeake area in the 1700s with gray eyes who claimed white ancestors. This would seem to indicate that they may have been descendants of those settlers of the Roanoke colony who survived.
As people began to move west they wanted the Native American lands, so the act made it official that the tribes were to be removed. From the very moment of the first colony the European settlers did their best to kill, remove, or displace the Native tribes from their lands. The government made treaties they broke and they forcibly removed people to reservations. The Union army would go into a sleeping village early in the morning and kill men, women, and children. The government policy was a " good Indian was a dead one" and they would do anything to accomplish this task. Read Black Elk Speaks or Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee for further understanding of the genocide that was committed.
No, Francisco Pizarro did not kill Vasco Núñez de Balboa. Balboa was executed on the orders of Pedrarias Dávila, who was the governor of Darién at that time. Pizarro later became known for his conquest of the Inca Empire in South America.
Archaeologists may find artifacts like stone tools, bones of animals that were hunted, and evidence of butchery activities such as cut marks on bones at a kill site. These finds can help researchers understand hunting strategies, diet preferences, and social organization of past human societies.
Almagro didn't kill Pizarro. Almagro rebelled against Pizarro but his army was defeated and in 1538 he was executed. Years later, Almagro's men avaneged his death by killing Pizarro in his own city of Lima

he came to America with no intentions to hurt any of the native Americans I don't even think he knew there were native Americans there CORRECTION Smith came on the second ship to Jamestown and for a short time was military commander of the colony. The colony was located in a Native American empire of 14,000 so he knew there were Native Americans. He was very unpopular with the men of his command. In fact, he was so unpopular they tried to kill him. While sleeping gun powder was sprinkled on him and lit. He got severe burns and had to go home. He was a rake and lied about what he did in his book.
The reason of the puritans was to take the native Americans land, and either make the native Americans slaves or kill them from the diseases they brought there.
