There are two dwarves next to the pit (Bro Nez and Ty Titanium).
Go into the pit - just click on it to go inside.
At the bottom is a glow worm and a monster named Amadeus.
Up against the back wall is a kind of pink stone.
If you mouse over it you see it highlights.
Click the stone and it plays a cut sequence where Drakath conquers Dwarfhold.
