No. Not in it's current state (it's eroding all the time) and then in perhaps 5-6 Bn years time, roughly when the sun expires anyway, it seems that all matter may be accreted to the galaxies active nucleus (AGN), broken down and re-ionized. Nothing lasts 'forever' in any static state.

It will, however, last a long time. It's a historic piece of ancient civilization, and is protected by the British government. It was built approximately 5,000 years ago.
