Any car after going through deep water will have problems starting.
cars aren't meant to be used as boats without proper protection, which could be costly.
cars need oxygen and gas to run (obviously), they take in air just like a motor bike.
you most likely flooded the entire engine with muddy water.
Did you have to get the battery boosted to originally start the vehicle ? If you did , it
sounds like a dead cell in the battery
Don't drive in deep water. It means you got the electronics wet. Once they dry out it will start.
To start the quest, go to Saffron City and go to the house just below the magnet train. Talk to the copycat at the top floor to start and get a magnet train pass once you find the item.

I had the same problem on my 1988 and would have to leave it on. On that motor, there is a heat shield that surrounds the starter and if it is not there, when the motor heats up it will transfer that heat to the starter simulating a bad battery/starter problem. Once it cools down it starts fine. Start looking from there or get a remote starter (like I did) so you can leave it running when you run into somewhere fast. i had a Ford Taurus that had a valet card slot and without the card it would not start once it was turned off. That is to prevent theft. once the card was reinserted it would start and run fine.

Brake drums are not attached with fasteners, they just pull off once wheel is out of the way.
The starter solenoid is not disengaging once engine is started. Rebuild starter or replace with a new starter.
The moon goes into Taurus about once a month, usually in the middle of the month.
On a 2003 Ford Explorer : Open the drivers door and there is an information sticker on the latch pillar You will find the axle code under " axle " Once you have the axle code you can determine the axle ratio
See "Related Questions" below for instructions on removing it - I seem to recall once you get to about step 2, the lightbulb should be accessible.
The TCM for the 94 taurus is located at the top of the radiator under a plastic shield held on by 4 bolts. Once the cover is removed, loosen the bolt which holds the cable to the TCM, then remove the 2 bolts holding the TCM to the frame above the radiator.
12 volts will get it started. Once running, the alternater runs at about 14 volts.
My 97 Ford Taurus hood doest not pop open on its own however if you pull the pop hood thing and the take a key or screwdriver and slide it under the hood and push up you can pull it up with your hand. This has scratched my hood up but atleast I can get it open.
Either you have no fuel or no spark. Once you determine which you are missing, you will know where to look for the problem.
This can be due to loose or corroded cables and or connections , and did the car start even at least once after the battery and starter was replaced? If it did you probably need a new alternator or if your handy enough you have the choice of rebuilding the alternator. Many stores offer free alternator testing , I my self have a 96 Taurus and i have had many problems over the years and now I'm at the point where my alternator is bad and i will soon be rebuilding it. If it is none of these issues then there is some thing more serious wrong in which case it needs to go to a mechanic who can determine and fix the issue.
