In the later days, that was a sign of a bad ignition coil or electronic control unit. However, I don't now much about your particular car so I can't advise much. You could perform a spark check or run a diagnostic test to see if the computer has picked up any trouble codes. Some auto parts stores will do this proceedure for you for free or near free.
