Neutrons have no charge because they are made up of smaller particles, called quarks, which carry fractional charges that, when combined, add up to zero. There is one up quark and two down quarks in a neutron. The up quark has a fractional elementary charge of +2/3 while each down quark's charges are -1/3. If you add those charges up, +2/3 - 1/3 - 1/3, you get zero.
It takes about 3 days for a fresh painted room to dry. It could take up too 3 months for the smells to leave the room there should be no toxins in the air.

It depends upon the method used to make the wine but generally the vessel is sealed and after a period of time (usually 3 to 4 weeks) it is burped this lets the gases produced during fermentation out. Some vessels use an air lock this is a device that is filled with water and has a floating cover inside with a tube going up into it that will automatically let these gases out as the gases build up. The design of the air lock keeps the air out while allowing the gases to bubble to the surface of the water and be released.
