No; as far as what's been revealed in the show, Bokkun's crush on Cream is one-sided and she doesn't know about it. The fact that cream was in his locket was only shown in the credits of the last episode of Sonic X.

If you do not know who Bokkun is, he is the little Navy blue robot that works for eggman, and cries a lot. Anyway, if you've seen the ending of episode 78 of Sonic X in the japenese version, you can see that Rouge has Bokkun's heart locket that has a picture of Cream in it. And I think that Cream is so sweet she can bring out the good in Bokkun. The last character I think (and the one I support most) is Charmy Bee. I just think that since Vector the Crocidile takes a liking in Cream's mom, I think that Cream and Charmy would hang out a lot. And everyone lived happily ever after. The End.
