I honestly can't tell if you're serious or not. If you are, then no. If they were all censored then it wouldn't be censorship, it would be that the creators didn't put in vulgar material at all. A cartoon is censored only if the original version was too vulgar for the television released, and is released uncut on DVD most of the time. I only say most of the time because (for example) 4kids entertainment as some anime titles they heavily censor on TV, censor somewhat in the DVD, and is uncut in Japan.

Typically, cartoons are thought to be for children, and if they are watching cartoons for long periods of time, they could be considered fat slobs.
