No, not really. Fashion designers; (considering the season), they try to be as original as they can by using ideas from different parts of the world.
Earthworms live all over the world, there is no specific place they live in.
It is true that artist can be influenced by the time or age that they live in. Artists can find inspiration and influence from any time period in the past or even their thoughts for the future.
Depending on who you ask, some may say that globalization has caused a massive flow of information and innovation throughout the planet. Others may interpret the effects of globalization to be a massive homogenization of different cultures that will ultimately ruin individual societal traditions and unique qualities.
The Netherlands and France. (A shorter stay in London in his youth.)

Fashion designers typically design clothing, and interior designers work on buildings. CAD is more conducive to building design. whereas fashion designers often use live models to design and display their work.
New York City, because that's where the fashion center of the nation is! Also penthouses vary from 1mil all the way to 200mil so that's all that's bad.
They live in rich people houses
I have worked in the fashion industry for nearly 10 years. Fashion design is an exciting and creative job but with quite high levels of stress. Many designers work long hours under intense deadlines. To succeed you need to be intensely passionate and live for your work. If you are not resilient you will find this a difficult career.
Fashion Designing can be exhausting, Depends on how much you make though, But I'm in Fashion designing class's, and it really can be exhausting, but also it can be fun, making unique pieces. Most fashion designers I've interviewed, that live in my State, say "Yes it's exhausting but that the best part knowing you worked so hard for something that's so unique."
Anywhere.
There are quite a few influences in fashion. Global events could influence fashion. If there is a global craze for something, fashion desgners might feed off of that. Also, there local area materials can have some influence in fashion. The seasons greatly influence fashoin, as you can't wear summer clothes in winter, unless you live near the equator, but designers like to keep with the seasons as well. And demand from stores for a certain type of clothing will change the style of fashion.

This really depends on where you live, and how the fashion industry is like over there. Most fashion companies, however, don't allow teenagers to help with their designs. Of course, if you went around and set up meetings with the designers around town, some will most definitely listen, and you could be paid big time for your sketches and designs if they think that you are very talented.

Everyone has different tastes and views, so it wouldn't be correct to just state a place and say that it is the best place because you think it is. Many people, however, find that New York City, New York, is the real fashion capital of the world. It is a known fact that they have amazing Fashion Design Colleges/Universities. There are many designers and fashion artifacts there also. Their taste of fashion is excellent.
because they have to do hard work like designing and they make clothesVery few make the big bucks. Of all the fashion designers that are in the world I would guess that maybe 5% really make a lot of money ( and that may be a high estimate). Most just barely make enough to live on and to buy the items needed to make clothing. There are many people who want to do this, but but very few who are successful.
