No, you cannot. Oklahoma has a "closed" system for primaries, which means that you can only vote for a candidate from the political party in which you registered. So, if you are a registered Republican, you can only choose from Republican candidates in the primary. But in the general election, that changes; you will be free to vote for a candidate from whichever party you wish.
Both democrats and republicans agree that burning the American flag is very disrespectful.
ok I will try to make this short. The primaries and caucuses in an election years start in January and go until June. Each party gets one primary or caucus per state and assigns a number of delegates for each state. In a primary, Americans formally vote for their candidate and those with the most votes receive the most delegates. Exactly how and how many is determined by the party and the state. A caucus is less formal. The BEST way to explain it is in this video: http://www.whytuesday.org/2007/10/23/iow... The delegates all attend the national party convention at the end of summer/beginning of fall and formally cast their votes for the candidates they already pledged their vote to. Candidates often drop out as the primaries go on if they feel they are not going to win. The delegates awarded to them then have to vote for someone else at the convention. If there are 10 candidates still left standing at the end of the primaries then they all go to the convention, however the primaries usually whittle down the choices to a few. Every party gets only ONE nominee for the general election. A primary color is one of three, basic colors, used to produce all other colors and shades, without these colors no other colors could be made. The three primary colors are Red, Blue and Yellow, no other colours can be mixed to make Red, Blue or Yellow, while Yellow + Red = Orange, as Blue + Yellow = Green and Blue + Red = Purple. White is a perfect mixture of all three colors and Black is a "Shade" of any of them. Thanks for listening. I love you all, goodbye.

President George H. W. Bush appointed retired Justice David Souter to the US Supreme Court in 1990, assuming he was a conservative. Justice Souter turned out to be more liberal than expected, but many of his friends are conservative politicians. His party affiliation is undisclosed.

That depends on the opinion of the person you ask. I personally think the age of 18 is ok.
OK, I'll bite . . . . stiletto high heels is my vote.
The laws for at which age a person is allowed to vote can be different from one country to another, but 18 years is a common choice. Some say that the person must be 18 (or more) to be allowed to vote, others that it's OK to vote the year they turn 18.
If you are referring to sources, it is a primary source. Primary sources are form original documents. Secondary sources are form the books and articles written by modern historians.
On both the primary side and the secondary side the answer is no. It's OK if the voltage is within 10% of your original AC Adapter.
It shouldn't let you leave the primary key blank. The primary key is a means of identifying a unique record.
