well that depends on what you use to make water such as dew that's creating water and desrtoying it is kinda hard to do unless its frozen because then you can just smash it lol:P
-no you can't matter can only be changed and not created or destroyed. like this other person said you can freeze it crush it divide up the water evaporate it but it can never be destroyed
As time has gone on many theories have come to terms with the atom. And as technology has improved we have looked further into the atom. Scientists are now using the LHC to see if they can create a explosion with the atom by smashing particles together to see what happened when the universe began such as the big bang theory. Using this they are looking to find out the answer to what is matter? Using the LHC they are trying to create anti-matter, this anti-matter may be the size of a golf ball and could destroy everything, but if they can create this matter it may just give the answers to what is matter and how the universe begun.
In a subduction zone the crust is forced inot the mantle where it is eventually melted and destroyed

At room temperature water is a liquid. You can observe (or measure) density, viscosity, thermal conductivity, electrical resistivity, refractive index etc.
Matter
Anti matter isn't created, but "formed". No one can create matter (or anti-matter) nor destroy it.
Chemical processes do not create or destroy mass, a principle known as conservation of mass.
No due to the law of conservation of matter atoms can not be destroyed or created they are only rearranged if they burn. Note: nuclear reactions can create/destroy matter
it does both, it destroys matter with erosion for room and creates igneous rock from the cooling of magma or lava.
A antonym for Destroy is Build, and Create.
According to the Law of Conservation of Matter/Energy, a chemical reaction (like boiling water) does not destroy anything.
Build or create are both antonyms for destroy.
The antonym for create would be destroy.
No, the matter is carried off by wind or water and is re-deposited to form new rocks.
Transform Boundaries don't destroy or create new crust(:
Tornadoes do not create anything; they only destroy.
