Can cameras that use 120MM film use other film sizes?

Normally no. I have however seen cameras with changeable film-backs. Also, some cameras can use both 220 film and 120 film. The 220 is longer, and has no paper backing. 120 film can be used in a broad range of cameras, 6x4.5 6x6 and 6x9 formats being the most common.

What size film does a hasselblad use?

Older Hasselblad film backs use either 120 or 220 roll film, while the newer backs can switch between the two. Older cameras shot a 6cm square image; newer models shoot a 6cm x 4.5cm image. Backs also exist to use polaroid film. I don't think 220 film is even made anymore...good luck finding it.
