Yes, you can my dad did!
I have had high blood pressure since I was 14, I am 32 now, and have been medicated just as long. I also have many tattoos. I never had a problem with getting tattooed. Just stay nice and calm and remember to breath.
Your blood type does not effect whether you can get a tattoo. Also, O+ is a very common blood type. In fact, its mine! Good luck with your ink work.
tattoo and blood donationYou can give blood BEFORE a tattoo but the Red Cross has a restriction on blood donation AFTER a tattoo. I am not sure if it if one year or three years. **It was a year, but they recently changed it to 6 months. But I've never heard of anything saying you can't give blood before a tattoo. Go give blood!
Highly unlikely you will suffer a blood clot.
Not likely. Tattoo ink may be removed from the blood, but it would appear in trace amounts in urine.

According to the American Red Cross Blood Donor Eligibility page, there is a 12-month deferral if you received the tattoo in an unlicensed tattoo facility. But if you received the tattoo in a state-licensed tattoo facility (using sterile needles, not reusing ink), then then there is no deferral.

No I doubt any tattoo artist would tattoo someone on blood thinners. I have five tattoos and was on blood thinner during each one. I didn't have any excessive bleeding. That is my experience. The tattoo artist also knew. I asked her opinion before hand.
only if you use blood red
Blood type has no bearing on the tattoo itself. The main barriers to tattooing are hemophilia, which inhibits the clotting of blood, and diabetes, which increases the impact of even a slight infection.
