Yes, but be careful because you may be able to see the traces of glue through the paper. By the way, it kinda depends what material the box is made of because the heat from the glue could be damaging to the whole itself.
it depends on what you are using the glue for. fur instants, im doing an art project that includes feathers, silk, string, and a paper plate. then i should use hot glue. if im gluing cooked clay, i should use super glue. thx
Homemade cards are always amazing, because then you show whoever's birthday it is that you are creative. Also, homemade jewelry ( i.e, friendship bracelets, button necklaces) are nice, then you can be as creative as you want. What about a jewelry box? you only need a recyclable box, spare paper, glue, collage paper, and imagination! Just use the spare paper and glue to paper mache around the box, then when your finished, just collage it with the collage paper! Lovely.

While hot glue and white glue are both adhesives, they have different properties and uses. Hot glue dries quickly and forms a strong bond, making it suitable for quick repairs and crafts. White glue, on the other hand, dries more slowly and is better for wood, paper, and other porous materials. If you need a temporary fix or a bond that can withstand heat, it's best to use hot glue.
Find a box the right sort of size, then stick string securely with glue and tape. When the glue is dry stick brown paper that you can buy in the shops and stick it around the box.

Put a paper towel over the spot and use an iron on top of the towel to heat up the glue...you may have residue to scrape/wash out..but, it should significantly help.
A label that you can peel off a backing paper, and stick directly to another surface (box, envelope, etc) is a self adhesive paper/label. Otherwise, you would need to rub glue (glue-stick, for example) on the back of the label to stick it to the box/envelope, etc.
PVA glue is a fairly simple wood and paper glue. Epoxy is a 2 part glue involving a hardener and an adhesive, which must be mixed carefully to get maximum efficiency. Epoxy will normally have a much stronger joint if mixed and applied carefully.
You put it in a hot glue gun.
If gluing paper to paper, white glue is best.
The best glue to use when adhering paper to paper is a glue stick or a liquid glue that is specifically designed for paper crafts. These types of glue provide a strong bond without causing the paper to wrinkle or warp.
