Yes, you can dye white acrylic paint with food coloring, I just tried it because I was wondering the same thing and I need blue paint which I didn't have. So I mixed one drop of blue food dye with a nickel sized amount of white acrylic paint. The color may vary on the amount of drops used and the amount of paint used.
Yes,you can tint it with liquid or dry pigments - although I do not recommend metallic pigment/flakes for beginners. You can even mix metal /aluminum,bronze,copper etc./ powder into resin and also paint with most types of paints,I do spray paint polyresin with same acrylic paint as I use on cars. You can also sand and polish tinted resin for painted-like shiny look.
Yes! I have used both combinations of wall paint in poster paint & vice versa..I used one to tint the other in each instance & noticed that it affected the adhesion as well as the ability to block stains if adding poster paint to wall (white-ish) paint..by adding wall paint to poster paint it made poster paint stick better, flow from brush better, & require fewer coats..all of this while using a high quality acrylic wall paint..
A single tint paint system consists of a limited number of base colors that can be mixed to create a variety of shades, typically relying on a few key pigments. In contrast, a comprehensive tint paint system includes a broader range of base colors and tints, allowing for more precise color matching and a wider spectrum of hues. This flexibility in the comprehensive system enables greater customization and can better meet the diverse needs of customers and projects. Overall, the comprehensive system offers more versatility and options than a single tint system.
Yes, you can add tint to swimming pool paint to achieve a desired color. It's important to use a tint specifically designed for pool paints to ensure compatibility and longevity. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions regarding the amount of tint to use for the best results. Additionally, testing a small sample before full application can help confirm the final color.

To make yellow paint liquid, you would typically mix yellow pigment with a liquid medium such as water, oil, or acrylic medium. The exact ratios of pigment to medium will depend on the type of paint you are using and the desired consistency. Stir the mixture thoroughly to ensure the pigment is fully incorporated and the paint is well mixed.
Add more blue, then tint it with yellow to your desired colour.
