Either warped rotors or drums can cause pulsating. Apply the parking brake slowly while going about 15mph and see if t pulsates. If it does, it is the drums that need turning. If not, it is the rotors that need turning.
If you only did the front brakes, the problem may be in the rear brakes.
you shpuld drive slowly to dry them
it means get your brakes fixed xD
if you have a brake shoe on rear brakes, you do not have rear disk brakes pads go on disks.shoes go on drum brakes
You should not keep driving. Pull over when it's safe to do so and park the vehicle then call a garage.
Power assisted disc brakes.

Yes. I own a 2000 Chevy Blazer.
If it is just that rim, your brakes could be dragging.Inspect,or have them inspected by a Chevrolet dealer or an ASE certified mechanic.
Does this Blazer have four wheel disc Brakes? NEW ANSWER: There's no reason to bleed brakes if you did not open the system.( where brake fluid came out )

NO.
NO. I had a 96 and it had drum brakes. I believe the rear disk brakes started in 1998 for the Blazers.
I have a 2003 s-10 blazer and the auto stores only show rear disc brakes, mine have drums, why is that

The front brakes are disc brakes and are self adjusting. The rears are drum brakes and are also self adjusting providing the self adjusting mechanism is in working order.
