It should be posted on a sticker usually found on the drivers door jam or drivers door post or it can be found in the owners manual.
The main fuse box can be found in the engine compartment. The fuse box will be near the firewall on the drivers side.

That would be the OBD I system and the connector would be found under the dash, drivers side.
Starting in 1996, all vehicles made and sold in the USA have OBD II. The diagnostic connection is found under the drivers side of the dash.
