Georgia O'Keeffe did create at least two sculptures that are documented. In 1916 she created an untitled scupture simply referenced as "Abstraction". It was a plaster cast that stood 10" tall X 1.5" and was described as phallus-shaped. During 1979/1980 an edition of 10 were cast in bronze with a white lacquered finish. At least four were held in private collections with the rest held by the Georgia O'Keeffe Museum.
In 1946, Georgia O'Keeffe create another sculpture with multiple spirals. It was cast in three different editions of three different sizes. The first edition of 10 were 10" high and wide and cast bronze with a white-lacquered finish; the second edition of 7 were 36" high and wide and cast in white-laquered bronze or epoxy; and the third edition of 3 were 118" high and wide and casted in black aluminum.
