White ink absolutely will not fade in the same day, it will take several years to notice any fading, although white ink does tend to be a little blotchy looking, you may need it touched up several times.
Some places will do all white ink tattoos by request. There is no real way to match your skin tone to a tattoo, as the ink tends to fade and lighten after the first few months after it flakes. But white ink tattoos seem to be a good way to get the hidden look! As for when you tan, I don't know if it would show up any better or not. One technique that is beginning more popular is UV tattoos. These are virtually invisible, until you place it under a black light. But are hard to come by, because not all tattoo places will do these. Hope this helps!
she says in urban ink mag. that they represent life experience, like rings on a tree.

The petroleum jelly is said to draw the ink out. Not all of it but it may cause it to fade quicker. When i got mine i was told i could/should use it for the first few days but then to switch to regular lotion. Just a lubriderm or aveeno or whatever without fragrance.
uuummm....it's a tattoo. yes. (not necessarily) a tattoo that doesn't have the highest quality of ink can fade and as you age tattoos fade its just the way your skin is.
the ink will soon fade, the rubber will lose its strechiness and the paper will stay white
Absolutely not. Tattoos should only be done with quality tattoo ink. Furthermore, tattoo ink needs to be pigmented, fade-proof, water-proof, & non-toxic. Tattoos are too permenant to be done in anything other than real, quality tattoo ink. Better ink tends to get a little expensive, but the trouble it saves makes it worth it. Mutt

In most cases a lot of exposure to the sun with out putting sunblock will cause them to fade. Some times really low quality ink. so if you are going to be outside in the sun or tanning cover it with sunblock.
No why would they? It's your body not anyone else's. If you like white ink and the design or message that's going to inked then go for it!!!!!
Tattoos are made of ink pigments embedded in the skin.
NO. Tattoos hurt because of the needle guns that puncture the skin to leave ink behind. Black light tattoos do not hurt anymore or less than regular tattoos. Their ink is what glows in black light, and it is very similar to regular ink.
Canon ink will eventually fade in the sun but will most likely last months in the sun before doing so. The most popular brands used for direct sunlight are Canon ink and Kodak ink. In time they will fade but Canon ink is your best choice.
Could be just from fading or aging, some black inks can turn green over time. The Ultra Violet component in sunlight can make tattoos fade and alter the chemical stability of the ink.The skin layers grow and spread the ink reducing its blacknessUse of cheap inksOlder tatoos will change colour more quickly. Modern Tatoo ink is more stable and UV resistant. The depth that the initial artwork is deposited by the needle will affect colour stability.
