There have been many occasions when they possible have. The Bermuda Triangle sometimes is thought to be a wormhole that forms on earth every once and a while. That can explaine the radio communications loss, the navigation faliure, and weird cloud formations.

Another occasion happened back in 2009 when a blueish light appered in the skys of Norway. After a while the light began to ship and make spiral formations and grew larger. After that people saw a light coming out of it. They say it was a failed missle launch, but it seens stupid to thing a missle would shoot up it the air and spin. So yes, there might be wormholes on Earth.

Do wormholes exist on Earth, and if so, where can they be found?

Wormholes, theoretical passages through spacetime, have not been proven to exist on Earth. They are a concept in physics and have not been observed or located in reality.

Where is the closest wormhole to Earth?

There are currently no known or proven wormholes near Earth. Wormholes are theoretical passages through spacetime that could potentially connect two distant points, but there is no empirical evidence of their existence or proximity to Earth.

How do wormholes form?

Is there an ephemeris for wormholes?

There is no known ephemeris for wormholes as they are speculative theoretical constructs and have not been observed or confirmed to exist in reality. Wormholes are often used in science fiction as a plot device, but their existence remains purely theoretical in the realm of physics.

What is the study of wormholes called?

If you are referring to wormholes in space, then this would come under the study of astrophysics- it would also overlap into the study of cosmology.
