∙ 11y agoNot usually, some apps like the AT&T GPS it will charge you on your AT&T bill. In the description of the app it will say.
sometimes you don't have to but it really just depend on what kind of place or company you bought it from.......like AT&T or GPS....those are just 2 examples but there are several more.....n of course i know that you don't unless you choose it from a company that make sure's that u have to pay.....
