Yes, Alabama DOES have small earthquakes from time to time.
In fact an earthquake struck southeast of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, on the morning of April 21, 2009. The Bibb County earthquake, which occurred about 3 miles underground, measured 3.8 on the Richter scale. The epicenter was about four miles to the north of Centreville. There were no reports of injuries or damages after the earthquake, which struck at 5:25 a.m. local time.1
The largest earthquake in Alabama's most recent history occurred in 2003, when an earthquake rocked DeKalb county on April 29, 2009. Alabama's 2003 earth quake was a 4.9 magnitude and could be felt in several nearby states, as far away as Indiana.

Texas experiences a relatively low number of earthquakes compared to more seismically active states like California. However, it has recorded thousands of small earthquakes, particularly in areas like the Permian Basin and near the border with Mexico. Notable events include the 1931 Valentine earthquake and more recent swarms in the 2010s related to oil and gas extraction activities. Overall, while Texas isn't known for large earthquakes, it does experience seismic activity.
According to the US Geological Survey, each state has some. Florida and North Dakota have fewer than the other states but Florida has more hurricanes. The last earthquake in Florida was in 1952 and the last earthquake in North Dakota was 1968.
