Yes, recruiter can and are allowed to have tattoo's, however they must be authorized under the Army's tattoo policy.
These policies can be found in Army Regulation (AR)670-1
Most precincts will allow you to have tattoos, but they do shy away from people who are covered in them. Of course, there is nothing permitted that is gang related or racist in anyway, and they do not allow visible tattoos such as on the face, neck, or hands much like the military.
This depends upon the place of employment. Some places allow visible tattoos.
Most states don't allow you to get tattoos at age 16.
i believe you can, its your body, and your money, but why would you want an Army Rangers tattoo if you werent even in the rangers?
The new tattoo rules: -- Forbid tattoos on the head, face, neck, hands, fingers and wrists. -- Allow no more than four hand-size tattoos below the elbow and knee. -- Prohibit sleeve tattoos that cover a person's entire arm. -- Ban sexist, racist, indecent or extremist tattoos. -- Bar enlisted soldiers from requesting commissions as officers if they have tattoos that violate the new policies. -- Require commanders to document any tattoos that violate the new rules among current soldiers. -- Order commanders to check their soldiers for new tattoos every year.
Yes, though there are restrictions.
Most agencies will still hire recruits with visible tattoos on their lower arms, if the tattoos are not offensive. However, some agencies are moving toward a "no visible tattoos" policy and will not hire recruits with tattoos that will show when wearing a short-sleeved uniform.
The army is always accepting new recruits. Contact your local recruiting officer.

Yes. Like any army they would have requirements for recruits to meet and if you do not meet them then you would not get in.
Raising an Army means to gather men together to FORM the Army. This is done through Volunteer Recruits, and/or Conscription (the Draft).
