Aside from gouty arthritis beans should have no effect In the case of gouty arthritis it is because beans are high in purines and purines are metabolized in the body to produce uric acid, the crystallization of which causes the problem.
Most natural remedies for back pain and arthritis are not actually helpful. One potential exception is a combination of glucosamine and chondroitin for arthritis, although the evidence on it's effectiveness if somewhat conflicting.
Arthritis in the spine, particularly in the lumbar (lower back) (561-836-7248) or thoracic (mid-back) regions, can sometimes cause abdominal pain. While arthritis is primarily associated with joint inflammation, the interconnected nature of nerves, muscles, and organs can lead to referred pain in areas like the abdomen. In the spine, conditions such as osteoarthritis or spondylosis can cause inflammation, bone spurs, or narrowing of the spinal canal (spinal stenosis). These changes can compress nearby nerves, including those that branch out to the abdomen. Nerve compression or irritation can result in pain that feels like it originates in the abdominal area, even though the root cause is in the spine. This is known as referred pain. Another potential factor is muscle tension. Arthritis-related stiffness and discomfort can cause nearby muscles, including those in the back and abdomen, to become tight or strained, contributing to abdominal discomfort. In some cases, arthritis in the thoracic spine can mimic symptoms of gastrointestinal issues due to the proximity of nerves serving the chest and abdomen. However, persistent abdominal pain should not be dismissed as solely arthritis-related. Conditions like ulcers, gallbladder issues, or gastrointestinal disorders could also be at play. A medical evaluation is crucial to determine the exact cause and appropriate treatment.
I have had Rheumatoid arthritis for as far back as I can remember. I have found that the temperatures experienced seasonally really have no effect on arthritis flares. Having said that however, if you are having a problem with pain from arthritis you would be wise to dress warmly during cold spells as pain becomes accentuated on the cold. your muscles tense and your body seems to do all the things it should not to relieve pain. Being able to relax is very important when it comes to pain and cold does not help with that at all. But the chance of having more arthritis flares if the weather is cold does not in my experience increase.
Depending on the cause of your arthritis, treatments can include drugs, spinal injections, and surgery. Avoid chiropractic treatment, as it isn't scientifically validated.
They are the same
I have had 3 kids & 10 epidural's all together & the back pain is coming from that. The doctor should have told you that getting an epidural could cause back pains in your future. After my 1st child I had back pains up to a year later.
bone injurys can lead to arthritis
It depends on the shots you receive. I recently had two such appointments. the First time, I had an epidural with 2 facet block injections. The following time I had an epidural only. With the epidural / facet block, I could tell by the end of the day that it had worked. My particular situation only flares up while I am sleeping. When I had just the epidural, it did not help me at all. Now, you must remember that results will be different with each individual.
You can get arthritis in any joint, including the backbone, yes.
