Baby oil will remove oil and latex paint from skin. It will not remove paint from most rigid substrates though.
go to a hardware store and get some good chemical stripper, follow directions and youll be fine. if its not alot of paint to remove, use sandpaper and a 'sanding sponge' and some patience. if you just need to repaint, sand everything down smooth and paint over the existing paint with another oild based paint that as datk or darker.
