no, tacho only indiacte the revolutions per minute of the engine when running
it's a 2 to 1 ratio For ALL 4 cycle engines, no matter how many cylinders, the crankshaft turns twice for every turn of the camshaft.
An engine designed by Felix Wankel and idea bought/funded by Mazda to use in vehicles. Normally was to be used in aircrafts due to its lightweight and great power to weight ratios. These engines are very different from piston, creating the combustion process all in one chamber. Rotary engines are known to be lemons because if you are not a car enthusiast, then you don't know much about how to take care of a rotary engine car. I am not saying it is unreliable but it is unforgiving to abuse and mistreatment than other cars. If you take care of your car very well, then you can own a rotary, along with the right knowledge.
In F1 and most circuit racing, blue flags are used to indicate to a driver that a faster car is approcahing from behind to lap him. The driver is then expected to yield. Blue flags(some places, blue lights) are also used at the pit exit, to indicate to drivers leaving the pit, that there is a car approaching on the track.
It could mean that he's polite enough to offer you protection if you are alone. Or, it could indicate he's interested in dating you.
Have your brakes checked. Many brake pads have a built in device to create a squeal noise to indicate the pads are nearing end of wear life.
A tachometer is a gauge that measures mechanical rotation, and typically reads out in "RPM" or revolutions per minute. Such a gauge can be used anywhere where a measurement of speed of rotation is needed, but the most common use is to measure how many times in a minute the crankshaft of your car's engine turns, which would indicate to the car's driver how hard the car's engine is working at any given moment.
Sure, many automatic cars already have a tach.
There are so many you need a car make and model to tell you what engines are for that? all car engines are of the internal combustion type, fueled by gasoline.
a hood scoop and a tachometer
A tachometer and an auto-meter is an instrument measuring the rotation speed of a car or a motor. An auto-meter is more accurate and reliable than a tachometer.
one engine
You find RC car engines online at many different retailers. A good retailer to check out is eHobbies. There are many different models of engines to choose from. Here is the store: http://www.ehobbies.com/

Well, a Tachometer in general tells you the RPM of a motor or other such engine. As for something handheld, from what I have seen they would mostly be employeed to engines that are not mounted into a car already as a means of testing their capacity or after some series of tests that can better determine condition or wear or such. Most cars have them mounted into their dashboards to my understanding, to give a reading while on the go.
