It depends on the manager, and if they believe you would be a good employe. A few years ago I was conducting interviews for a job opening - one guy who applied was an ex convict and I was worried that I was holding his past against him - while speaking with the head office, I shared my concern. The HR person asked me, if I didn't know about his past would I hire him? That was an "ah-ha" moment - NO! I wouldn't have given him a second thought! He was rude, dirty and late for his interview!
Show up on time, a few minutes early wouldn't hurt. Come dressed appropriately (slacks or skirt & shirt or a dress) Hair neat, easy on the makeup. Be honest and polite; if asked about the charge - take responsibility for your mistakes (don't blame anyone else) but explain that you have moved on and now want a chance to prove to everyone that you're never going to make a mistake like that again. Smile while listening and make eye contact.
Be prepared to tell the manager why you want to work there, because no one else has hired you is not a good answer. (Look up Walmart and find something you like about the company - like chance of advancement into management.)
At the end of the interview thank the manager for his / her time. Good luck!

Who Wears It Better
The employees of Walmart are not known to telecommute. About 5% of Walmart employees that work on-site at the headquarters are allowed to telecommute. Employees who work in retail are required to work within the Walmart stores.
To be honest, Walmart seems to be rather evasive with the whole mission/vision thing! However, Walmart's vision is the same as its stated purpose: "We save people money so they can live better."1 It can be found on its corporate website. However, I have heard the "world leaders in retail" statement, which I can't find on the website at all.

Targets hiring determinations are unique to each individual and investigation
stupid people make me laugh. It's called MISDEMEANOR. There's a very broad spectrum of whata misdemeanor is, but I sense I'll have to really dumb this down for you. It's a crime that's not as serious as a felony. You won't go to prison for committing a misdemeanor, but you can spend up to 1 year in county jail. dumbed down version: misdemeanor = bad. felony = badder. If someone told you they were going to file a "misterminer charge" of being ignorant on you, they were telling you a joke. It's not a crime to be stupid.
its a misdemeanor everywhere. its a danger to the public.could kill people and destoroy things.
1.3 million people work for Walmart in the US.
That's the problem. If you don't declare your record you can be terminated when/if the employer finds out. If you DO declare your record, you probably won't get the job. That's motivation for most people to stay away from crime.
It'll depend on how recent it was usually, but a misdemeanor marijuana charge probably won't keep you out of the Guard. I've known people who've gone active duty and have gotten security clearances with a weed charge on their record. The person who can give you a definitive answer, is the National Guard recruiter.
