It should be between 50-80bpm, with a maximum of around 188bpm. I would be worried about the 1.79cm in height though.

That is completely down to your height! Weighing 10 stone and measuring at 5ft, probably yes, but weighing 10 stone and measuring at 6 ft then definitely not!
