How To Get Arceus In HeartGold?

If you went to Toys R Us awhile back, you would have received a special Arceus.

If you take this Arceus to the ruins in heart gold, it will take you to the Sinjoh Ruins (A place in between sinnoh and johto). Once you are there Cynthia will tell you about arceus, and then arceus will reward you with a egg (that hatches once you get it) of dialga, palkia, and giratina.

You remember that Toys R Us event with the Movie 12 Arceus? If you don't have him now, you have no choice but to cheat. There should be a YouTube video of the code. If you already have him, then go to the Ruins of Alph (just an interesting thing popped up. Why is Arceus brought there and nowhere else? He's an Alpha Pokemon, and where you're going is the ruins of alph.) The old staff researcher dude will bump into you if you go into the house. He'll tell you about a bunch of stuff about Arceus. Then he'll transport you into some snowy place where you can meet Cynthia, the Sinnoh champ. She'll guide you to another room where you may let Arceus create a Pokemon for you. You have a choice of Dialga, Palkia, or Giratina. Since both Dialga and Giratina suck in my opinion, choose Palkia. And then you just follow along what happens next.

First of all, you need to have an Arceus first in your party. Then, go to the Ruins of Alph and into the little house there. Just as you are going in, a man comes out and stops you. He looks at your Arceus and then you are transported to Shinto Ruins. From there, go to the little house. Cynthia will be there. Talk to her and she will take you to the ruins. Then, your Arceus will show you all the natural disasters in the world. You will then be able to pick either Palkia, Dialga or Giratina. They will all be lv 1 though.

The only way to get Arceus in Heart Gold/Soul Silver is to catch every Pokemon possible to catch
Well you cant really get Arceus in Heartgold or Soulsilver but transfer it from Diamond Pearl or Platinum to do the Arceus avent. When you do the Arceus avent you will be able to choose a Giratina,Dialga or Palkia. I'd choose Giratina cause he holds a griseous orb to make him change forms.

actually you can but you have to get giratina, palkia, and dialga.you need an arceus from the event to get a lv. 1 giratina, palkia, or dialga.that's all i know though, i never actually did it though.my friend Blaze told me and i think he also said he did it.

A Pokémon event in Pokémon HeartGold is a special distribution that is held either via Nintendo's Wi-Fi server or within a video gaming store such as Toys 'R'' Us or GameStop for U.S. locations that distributes a special item or a special Pokémon into your game via the usage of uploading a Wonder Card into your current game's save file. The Wonder Card is marked with a hidden number in which flags your game's save file so that it knows it has received it before. The Wonder Card holds the key to unlocking the special distribution in-game. The distribution in Pokémon HeartGold could be a Pokéwalker course, a Pikachu-colored Pichu, a Celebi, a Shiny Entei, a Shiny Raikou, a Shiny Suicune, a Mew and the Enigma Stone. Events however are no longer being held for Pokémon HeartGold.
