any creative ideas i would suggest to maybe make her a cake or buy her something really or go out on a girlie weekend.

Try to find out where she might be and show up there. For instance, maybe a friend can tell you she is going to the mall, coffee shop, or even a grocery store and show up there when she least expects it.
