Second, in the memory of the keyless entry module, which the dealer can retrieve for you with a scan tool, and third, on a sticker located on the keyless entry module, the location of the module depends on what year Windstar you have.

I found the keyless entry pad code under the center console. You will need to pry the bezel trim off first. It has friction grips and will pop out. You can then remove the center console enough to find the black electronic control box. The original code is on the black box on the driver side of the console frame.
according to a question i found elsewhere here ("What module is under the center console?") it is supposed to there apparently, under the center console
I assume you're talking about the keyless entry code. I found mine on a sticker on the passenger side trunk hinge.
