As long as it's only the motor and not the cogs/spindle, you can move it using the two-man method: one person taps the seat direction button in the required direction, the other pushes. It's a chore and you don't want to do it often, but it will work util you get the motor fixd.

In the trunk there is a switch to where you can turn the air leveling system off. You have to do this if you jack the car up for any reason. So if someone forgot to turn it back on it will show disabled. Or if a fuse is blown or a short it would pop up too.
