Brush them every day.
Keeping the teeth whiteWhat the person said above was exactly the right answer. Brushing regularly is ideal in healthy teeth. There are also some more things you can do to keep your teeth healthy and white. After you brush, you can floss and use dental rinse. Those things help to keep your teeth healthy. If your teeth are healthy, it will be easier to maintain the color. You can also cut back on the sweets. Sugar is extremely bad for your teeth. Soda has a whole lot of sugar, so that is a no-no. If you are going to drink soda, brush your teeth afterwards This is a bad idea as the soda softens the tooth's enamel and therefore when you brush you scrape away some of the tooth's enamel making it prone to erosion. All good info - I'll just add that red wine is probably the worst staining element (it was shown on the Food Network's "Food Detectives" show). Coffee and tea are bad, too. You should brush quite soon after consuming any of those products.
i agree with the two people above also and I think you should not give up trying to keep your teeth white because your teeth could completely rot.
1. use a few strawberries to make a paste-like thing. 2. put a layer of the paste on your teeth and leave it on for 2-5 minutes.
3. rinse off the paste and then brush your teeth with a fluoride toothpaste so that the acid in the strawberries won't affect your teeth.
baking soda also works.
