You may download a trial version of mpeg video wizard, install and run it. load your video into its input monitor, drag slidebar to the frame you want(could use mouse wheel / arrow keys to find exact frame). press hot key F4 to save this frame as a image file. You can also use VLC media player to capture a screenshot.
