On other hand let's say you have a college degree, maybe 3 years of experince in type retail as kmart(maybe Walmart, traget, and other big stores), you might be looking maybe around $8.50 but it all dependes... u get a raise after three months working for them which is up to $.25, then you get a raise every year... you also get raises for example if they need a person in layaway or something.... and they hired you as check out operator they will hopefully give you around $.25 or so raise... then when u advance up you will get paid more and more....
