Todette and Koopa Troopa are not unlockable characters in Mario kart DS. To unlock R.O.B on the other hand, you have to obtain a gold trophy on every cup, including Mirror Mode(which is unlocked by getting gold trophies on all the other cups 50cc-150cc)

2 unlock ROB you have to complete 150cc MIRROR on the wii and if u want ROB for ds do the same thing complete 150cc MIRROR.

NOTE: To get 150cc MIRROR you must complete 150cc
